Product details

A Sparkler Filter is a closed filtration system used for the clarification and removal of suspended particles from liquids in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, beverage, and cosmetic industries. It consists of a series of horizontal filter plates mounted on a central shaft inside a pressure vessel. Filter media such as filter paper, filter cloth, or filter pads are placed between the plates to achieve the desired filtration quality. Sparkler filters are commonly manufactured from SS-304 or SS-316/SS-316L stainless steel to meet GMP and hygienic requirements. They are widely used for polishing filtration, catalyst removal, carbon removal, and final product clarification.
