The SS-316L / SS-304 Limpeted Reactor is a process vessel used for mixing, heating, cooling, and chemical reactions. The product contact parts are made of SS-316L, while the non-contact parts are made of SS-304. It is equipped with a limpet coil jacket and agitator for efficient heat transfer and uniform mixing, making it suitable for pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and cosmetic applications. The reactor is provided with a limpet coil jacket welded on the shell for efficient circulation of heating or cooling media such as steam, hot water, thermic fluid, or chilled water. It is equipped with an agitator assembly driven by a geared motor to ensure uniform mixing and maintain process homogeneity. The vessel is fitted with necessary accessories including a top manhole, charging ports, pressure/vacuum gauge, temperature sensor, safety valve, sampling valve, bottom outlet valve, and support legs.
